Air Concepts has been OUTSTANDING!
Of course we had the experienced of issues during the hottest stretch of the summer. However, Air Concepts worked diligently to get us cool again. From the call for an appointment with SAME DAY SERVICE by the professional and knowledgeable Riz who immediately narrowed down the issue, discussed possibilities, coordinated and set-up an appointment with Kelly the next business day. Kelly came out on time, confirmed issue, verified no additional HVAC concerns, and promptly within hours provided quotes for (3) solutions. Scheduler promptly got us on schedule to minimize our no A/C downtime. Mark and Riz installed a new AC unit with courtesy and professionalism. The Team has been a pleasure to work with and the communication process (via text, emails, and call availability) were superb.
We didn't realize how ineffective our AC was operating until now. We will be calling them again for any follow-up maintenance service.

The service was great. From the person I spoke to (Frank) to the technician that came out (Mark); both were very helpful. They were patient, listened and Mark was extremely cool about answering my questions, and explaining things to me about my AC unit.
The only “complaint” I have is that the part that was needed was way overpriced. I paid over $600 to have a $20-30 part at most installed. I will credit that Mark also checked out other parts of the AC unit and educated me on keeping my AC unit running smoothly. I know it’s tough to say how much someone’s experience and knowledge are worth, but it did seem very expensive for a quick and minor part swap install.

Had questions regarding my newly installed heat pump system which replaced my old HVAC system. My upstairs unit seemed to run continuously even after outside unit shut off. My concern was higher electricity bill. Riz (technician) explained that this is normal and that the upstairs unit will run to evenly distribute cooler air throughout the house. The electricity used would be comparable to about 2 lightbulbs. He also answered additional questions I had.

I will never forget the wonderful people at Air Concepts.... Starting with the owner (Kelly) who visited my home when I found out the heater in the home I purchased just a few months earlier was not repairable... to do an assessment and provide a quote. She opened her laptop at my dining room table, gave me the quote then and there and contacted the finance company so I could pay for the new AC and Heating Unit. The office staff is wonderful (a special shoutout to Karen who is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable) and Mark, the man who services my heater twice a year for maintenance and the one who makes the repairs - he is extremely courteous and knows what he's doing. If you ever need service to your existing central a/c and heating unit or need it replaced, you need to give this company a call. I am very picky and lose trust in companies when I am treated like a grain of salt.... AND no one in this company has ever made me feel like my patronage isn't appreciated.

Extremely efficient, prompt and professional service from my initial phone call through to service and follow up. In the height of the recent excessive heat wave, the temperature rose to 85+ and would not lower on either of our thermostats. Of course we believed the cause to be faulty ac units and, of course, we had out of town guests staying with us. Karen couldn’t have been more helpful and got us on the schedule for later that day. The service tech, Riz, despite the heat and a very heavy service schedule, couldn’t have been any better. The “problem” was the SCE energy savings program and nothing mechanical! Many thanks to these people for all their patience and efficiency! Highly recommended!
